W5TQ /W5KA - Welcome to the Austin Amateur Radio Club
"Keeping Austin Wireless since 1919"

Welcome to the website of the Austin Amateur Radio Club, an active affiliate club of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) now in our 92nd year! Our club meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Waterloo Icehouse 8600 N. Burnet Road, South of 183. Members are active in a number of specialized areas including Field Day, Contesting, Digital Modes, EMCOMM and ATV. Members can usually be found monitoring the 146.940 repeater (107.2). Come Join Us!

146.940 repeater - TONE REQUIRED

The 146.940 repeater now needs an input tone of 107.2 to be accessed. It also outputs the same tone if you desire to use tone squelch.

AARC is 93 years old!
 
 

The Austin Amateur Radio club was first chartered in December of 1919, shortly after ham radio was allowed back on the air after being shut down during WWI.
